Full Stack Web & SaaS Engineering
From idea to deploy: web apps and SaaS that actually work.
I build custom web platforms, micro-SaaS products and internal tools with solid architecture, a modern stack and zero fragile complexity.
First an MVP people actually use. Then it grows.

Pragmatic stack
Boring technology, on purpose
Lightweight frontend
Server-rendered HTML with Jinja2, interactivity with HTMX. Fast pages, little JavaScript, no build pipeline to maintain.
- Jinja2
- HTML
- HTMX
Solid backend
Clear APIs and business logic you can test. No frameworks picked for fashion.
- Python
- Flask
- REST APIs
Data & security
Each client only sees their own data. Access, roles and backups planned from day one.
- PostgreSQL
- Multi-tenant
- Auth
Infrastructure & deploy
Same environment locally and in production. Repeatable deploys, no "works on my machine".

Roadmap
Four steps, from idea to production
Requirements & MVP architecture
What version 1 must do, and what it mustn't. I pick the simplest stack that holds.
Core & database
Data model first, screens second. One feature at a time, always testable.
Payments/API integration & tests
Stripe, CRMs, external services. Tests on the flows that cost money when they break.
Production deploy & docs
Live on infrastructure you control, with docs for whoever comes next.
FAQ
Questions before we start
How much does a web app cost?
It depends on what the first version has to do. After the call I send a clear quote covering only what you need to launch.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Repository, access and documentation stay with you. No lock-in.
Can you work on existing software?
Yes. I read the code first, then tell you whether it's worth fixing or rewriting.
Do you handle maintenance after deploy?
If you want, yes. Otherwise everything is documented so you can run it with whoever you like.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, in Italian or English.
Just need the tools you already use to talk? See automation
